These Terms govern use of RUO Codes, related tools, and its linked mobile app. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. In these Terms, "RUO Codes" means the site operator and "we" means RUO Codes. Questions can be sent through our Contact page.
You must be at least 21 years old to use this service. By creating an account or using the account-only features, you confirm that you are at least 21 and agree to these Terms. If you are under 21, do not create an account or use the service. The RUO acknowledgment is an additional research-use and age confirmation, not a medical evaluation or endorsement of a product.
This site is a research-use-only information, directory, and coupon service. Its encyclopedia, compound overviews, articles, calculators, stack tools, COA checks, and community content are for general research and educational information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or instructions to use a substance in a person or animal. Do not use site material to make a medical decision. Consult an appropriately licensed professional for health questions. Information may be incomplete, out of date, generated or assisted by software, and unsuitable for your circumstances.
RUO Codes is not a peptide, supplement, drug, or laboratory supplier. We do not manufacture, sell, distribute, ship, or fulfill products, process a vendor's payment, or handle vendor returns or disputes. Purchases are made directly with independent third-party vendors. A vendor is responsible for its own products, claims, pricing, testing documents, shipping, customer service, and legal compliance. A directory listing, COA description, or link does not guarantee or endorse a vendor or product. Confirm terms and information with the vendor before acting.
Coupon codes, discounts, vendor offers, prices, and sale dates can change or stop without notice. We do not guarantee that a code will work, that a discount will be available, or that an offer will match a vendor's checkout. The vendor controls its checkout and decides whether to honor a code or offer. Verify the final price and terms with the vendor.
Some vendor links are affiliate links. If you follow one or make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission or other compensation. Affiliate relationships do not change the price charged by the vendor through the link, and we aim to disclose those relationships and keep editorial judgments independent. Not every vendor link or transaction necessarily pays compensation.
Accounts and sign-in are handled through Clerk. Provide accurate information, keep control of your sign-in method, and promptly contact us if you believe an account was misused. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent applicable law permits.
You may not use the service unlawfully; infringe another person's rights; impersonate anyone; submit knowingly false, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful reviews; send spam; interfere with site security or availability; bypass access controls or rate limits; introduce harmful code; or use automated collection to copy or misuse protected site content. Do not upload documents you lack the right to share or that contain personal, confidential, or sensitive information that is not necessary for an informational check.
You keep ownership of material you submit. For a review or comment you choose to post, you grant RUO Codes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and moderate that submission as part of operating and promoting the service, and to permit service providers to do so on our behalf. Do not post content unless you have the necessary rights and authority. Do not include another person's private information. We may hide, remove, or restrict content or access where reasonably needed to operate the service, address a report, or comply with law.
Except for material supplied by vendors, users, or other third parties, the site and its original writing, encyclopedia content and organization, research summaries, software, designs, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to RUO Codes or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may access the site for personal, lawful research and information. You may not reproduce or republish substantial portions, redistribute the encyclopedia as a competing database, remove proprietary notices, or commercially exploit site content without permission or a legal right. Third-party vendor names, logos, and materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
AI-assisted tools, including the COA review, provide informational output only. They can overlook information, misread a document, produce inaccurate or incomplete results, and do not authenticate a laboratory report, test a product, or replace independent verification or expert judgment. A score, checklist, comparison, calculator result, or suggested interpretation is not a recommendation to purchase, ingest, administer, or treat with a product. You decide whether to use a tool and what information to submit. An uploaded COA is sent to an AI provider for the requested analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Links may take you to vendor and other third-party sites. Those services are controlled by their own operators and terms. We are not responsible for their content, product, acts, privacy practices, security, or fulfillment. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that party.
To the extent permitted by law, the service, content, directory, links, and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and results. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, current vendor information, a successful coupon, or that a research document or AI output is authentic or correct. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, RUO Codes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses; lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; a vendor's product or conduct; or decisions you make using site information. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us directly for the service in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. We do not sell products through this site. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them and do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RUO Codes and its personnel from third-party claims and reasonable costs that result from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent a claim is caused by our own conduct or applicable law does not permit this allocation.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access, remove content, or restrict features if we reasonably believe that an account violates these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or the service is discontinued. Account access is provided through Clerk; ending site access does not itself delete account-associated database records or guarantee that an identity provider or email provider removes its data. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you remain in force. Nothing in these Terms overrides a non-waivable right or forum rule under applicable law.
We may change these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. We will post the current Terms and updated date on this page. Where law requires additional notice or consent, that requirement applies. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
